Return
- We accept returns on most products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
- Some products are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to: perishable goods, custom-made items, and intimate apparel.
- For eligible returns, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method or offer store credit.
Warranty
- Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be stated in the product description or documentation.
- If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping
- We currently only offer shipping within Trinidad and Tobago.
- Shipping fees will vary depending on the size and weight of the product, and will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped via our preferred courier service.

- How can I place an order online?

You will only be charged once we confirm your order is in stock. We’ll send you a secure payment link once everything is ready.
- How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 2 hours or less. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete your payment and shipping will begin shortly after.
- What are your shipping options?
We have partnered with (TBU O-Deliver/CSF Couriers) for delivery. Shipping times are usually 1-2 business days and rates will be calculated upon checkout.
- What are my payment options?
You have the option of paying via debit/credit cards or cash on delivery. Bank transfers are also available on request.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags in tact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
- What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. They make the perfect gift for housewarmings, holidays, or any occasion.
