How can I place an order online?

Just browse our products, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation and follow-up email with payment instructions once your order is reviewed.

You will only be charged once we confirm your order is in stock. We’ll send you a secure payment link once everything is ready.

We typically process orders within 2 hours or less. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete your payment and shipping will begin shortly after.

We have partnered with (TBU O-Deliver/CSF Couriers) for delivery. Shipping times are usually 1-2 business days and rates will be calculated upon checkout

You have the option of paying via debit/credit cards or cash on delivery. Bank transfers are also available on request.

Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
