3. Shipping Rates
Shipping cost starts at $200, depending on weight and destination of package.
4. Processing Time
Processing time: 10-15 business days.
5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once an order is shipped, an email is sent within 48 hours, confirming such. (24-hour period is allowed for the possibility of change/modification by the customer.)
7. Delivery Issues
If tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact Customer Service immediately.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. RetailWareHouse Online is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
9. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is undeliverable or returned to us, you will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees will apply.
All undelivered packages will be kept for 30 days before being dismantled.
