Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges / Refunds
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase
- The item must be damaged, defective, or have a manufacturing error. Exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases will not be considered.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Returns must be accompanied with original packaging and invoice
Exchange / Refund Process:
To request an exchange or refund, you can contact us through our social media pages (IG or Facebook) or send an email.
Here’s how the process works:
- We will arrange a courier pick-up of the item from the customer’s location.
- The courier will contact the customer to schedule the pick-up at a convenient time.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage and approve the exchange/refund.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
