Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges / Refunds

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase
  2. The item must be damaged, defective, or have a manufacturing error. Exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases will not be considered.
  3. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  4. Returns must be accompanied with original packaging and invoice

Exchange / Refund Process:

To request an exchange or refund, you can contact us through our social media pages (IG or Facebook) or send an email.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. We will arrange a courier pick-up of the item from the customer’s location.
  2. The courier will contact the customer to schedule the pick-up at a convenient time.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage and approve the exchange/refund.
  4. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
