Welcome to Retail Warehouse Online. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Retail Warehouse Online’s Website.

Before making any purchase/s, you must create a customer account (“Register”) to enter your shipping and billing information for making purchases.

Upon checkout, by clicking “I have read and agree to Terms and Conditions” you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. Upon agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions and any such modifications, Retail Warehouse Online grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicense, limited privilege to enter and use the website. 

Retail Warehouse Online reserves the right to change, add or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions relating to the Retail Warehouse Online website at anytime. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions each time before using the website. By continuing to use the website after changes are made connotes that you have read and agreed to such changes. You agree that all subsequent purchases made by you will be subject to such modified Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

Currently, Retail Warehouse Online offers two forms of payment for items being sold on the website:

  1. Payment on Delivery – using a Wireless Point of Sale (POS) Terminal OR Cash on Delivery
  2. Retail Warehouse Online also utilises a payment gateway, Wi Pay.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be damaged, defective, or have a manufacturing error. Exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases will NOT be considered.
  2. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. The item must be in its original packaging.

 

Other information includes:

  1. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  3. Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and invoice.

EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS:

To request an exchange, you can contact us through our phone number, social media pages (IG or Facebook) or send an email to – retailwarehouseonline@gmail.com

How the process works:

  1. We will arrange a courier pick-up of the item from the customer’s location.
  2. The courier will contact the customer to schedule the pick-up at a convenient time.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage and approve the exchange/refund.

DELIVERY: 

Delivery is usually within 3-5 weekdays.

You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm contact and instructions for delivery.
